Partner - Corporate Recovery/MBA

Description:
A Partner is required to join Corporate Recovery based in Leeds. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years experience and be required to deal with a broad range of businesses and assets, working in conjunction with the Firm's Machinery & Business Assets Division. In addition to a high level of technical competency, the candidate should be a self starter, highly motivated and be able to develop new and existing client bases within insolvency, banking and corporate fields.
Main duties include:
- Direct Client liaison and development of existing and new business contacts
- Conduct site inspections
- Research into values
- Prepare and coordinate preliminary and full valuation reports
- Assist with sales of businesses including preparation of sales memorandum packs
- Advise on marketing strategies for sale of businesses and assets, and carrying out negotiations with prospective purchasers
Skills:
- Proven expertise in Plant & Machinery valuation and disposal advice across a range of sectors
- MRICS qualified
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Sound technical grasp of valuation
- IT proficient in MS Office including Word and Excel
