Description:
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a successful track record in investment brokerage. The role will predominantly deal with the sale and acquisition of commercial property investments with some commercial and residential work. There will be a requirement to market both their own skills and cross sell the firm's services.
Key competencies include:
- Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience
- Track record of generating business relationships
- Excellent advisory and reporting skills
Personal Characteristics:
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills
- Experienced networker
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Hands on and commercially minded
