Description:
An Associate is required to assist in the day-to-day running, management and promotion of the Valuation Services Division within the Birmingham office. There will be a requirement to promote the department and develop new business contacts whilst consolidating existing relationships.
Main Tasks include:
- Generate and develop new and existing client instructions
- Resource and manage instructions
- Conduct site inspections
- Research and draft valuation reports and calculations
- Attend client meetings
- Maintain current client relationships
Skills:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good technical knowledge, analytical and negotaiton skills
- MRICS qualified
