Principal Agency Surveyor/Associate

Description:
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a successful track record as an Industrial/Commercial Agency Surveyor. There will be a requirement to market both their own skills and cross sell the firm’s services.
MAIN TASKS:
- To develop agency instructions
- Devising and implementing marketing strategies
- To cross sell ES services to occupiers, etc
- To expedite the disposal of existing ES agency instructions
- Good understanding of market deals and activity
- Report writing
- Business development
- Grow the client base
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:
- Active client base/contacts
- Industrial agency or office agency background preferred
- L&T or valuation experience an advantage
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- High level of time management skills
- Professional with high level of technical competence
- IT proficient
