Millgate House Hotel sold for £840,000
The Millgate House Hotel in Newark has been sold by Edward Symmons and Colliers Robert Barry on behalf of administrators, Vantis, to George Aristidou for £840,000.

With its large conservatory bar and restaurant, the hotel offers further potential to develop the business. The Grade II listed building contains 37 bedrooms.
