Edward Symmons sells Quality Hotel Perth

Acting on behalf of administrators BDO LLP, Edward Symmons has today sold the final asset from the Real Hotel Group portfolio. The Quality Hotel, Perth, has been purchased by Mark Kotecha of Supportico for an undisclosed sum.

The 69-bedroom hotel, one of the premier hotels in Perth, is a B listed building with a bar, restaurants and meeting rooms. With turnover in 2008 of £890,000 the hotel, which occupies a site of two acres, has planning consent for further development.

Edward Symmons’ Hospitality & Leisure Division has acted for BDO LLP following the administration of the Real Hotels Group in January 2009. Properties sold have included the New Connaught Rooms in Covent Garden, The Quality Hotels in Birmingham, Sunderland and Norwich and The Central in Glasgow.
